I would like this to be general guide, a factor to gauge
my expectations. As well as their being different types of
working relationships there are also different talents that
are utilized by my respective employers what a job entails
also greatly impacts my view of compensation.

| Contract placement: non permanent contract placement
based on 8-51 week placements in a working environment follows
this range 35.00-45.00 /HR (Very dependant on the exact type
of work) |

| Contract to hire: potentially permanent contract
placements based on the original contract status falling into
a 8-51 week origination fall in the same compensation. |

Permanent placement that is intended to be a staffed internal
position that is A. Always needed and B. expected to be needed
for no less than 52 weeks. This working arrangement allows
for a more ergonomic work environment and I appreciate it
quite a bit my working salary requirement for this type of
positioning is $55,000-$75,000 annually

Total development; Project development on or off site. Direct
working relationship with MY client. A project in this situation
is bid as (hours expected to complete project X agreed rate)
this equates average project cost. Additional work within
the same project is billed at the rate of $40.00 hourly most
arrangements are quite negotiable i.e. upkeep and additions.
I will make special arrangements for Non-Profit organizations
with humanitarian purposes.
